Truly inspiring...and to think it all started with Leonardo Da Vinci's simple sketch of a "maximum drag decelerator" back in 1485...with the imagination of sporting heros from the 1930s, such as Leo Gasperl, the sport has really "taken off." The faster we go, the further we fly!

Billy, thanks for posting the link. I forgot to watch it on Sunday. Have you heard about the guy who wants to fly a wingsuit to a landing on a ski jump type slope?

Wow. I have not heard that before. It seems the approach to land without a parachute is much like jumping down a "slip & slide" - hopefully the birdman can stay on course. I think it has potential to work. With an imagination like these guys, nothing seems impossible anymore. Amazing.
