I'm the one planning the East Coast race.

Things are moving annoyingly slowly because of the Virginia Department of Transportation. I should know within a week whether or not I can get the road closed for the dates (June 5th - June 8th). After that, I get to find the money and sponsors, lodging, advertisement for the local community, food, medical teams, etc. Keep your fingers crossed because being a 19 year old college student is not helping things.

Here's a video from the road. The top speed is my own of 55 mph (that was a "slower" day hahaha)

Marcus,
I would like to thank IGSA for the oustanding job you and Bob did running the race at Maryhill this year. A few glitches the 1st day of qualifying but the 2nd day was IGSA style. You guys qualified 205 athletes without a single problem. I will continue to have IGSA sanction Volcanic events forever.

Keep up the good work and only good things will come from it.
You and Bob are a great team when it comes to running events.

Thanks,
John Ozman
